Evangelism

The Vineyard employs many different strategies for reaching people with the good news of Christ’s life, death, and resurrection. We firmly believe in the Apostle Paul’s mandate to use all possible means to save some (1 Corinthians 9:22).

Friendship evangelism

The vast majority of people come to know Jesus through a credible friend or family member. This far outstrips TV, Radio and mass evangelism combined. We provide training in friendship evangelism and apologetics to assist you to share your faith more effectively.

The Alpha Course

The Alpha Course is an 11-week series, which provides a practical introduction or refresher to the Christian faith. It is a great connecting point for newcomers to the church, and also especially beneficial to people who have recently become Christians, non-church goers who are seeking answers to life, and also couples considering marriage. The format for each evening is a simple meal together, a short talk, and small group discussion. This course is offered two times a year. More about Alpha Groups

Servant Evangelism

We like to look for opportunities to do servant evangelism, simple acts of service and kindness to friends, neighbors, and people in our communities to show them the love of Jesus in a practical way.
