Description Let's get outside this summer before the day gets too hot. Since what gets measured gets improved, choose what you want to be working on. I want to count how many miles I get in this summer. Maybe you want to spend more time in nature, get faster, or start moving regularly for the first time in a while. Whatever you want to work on, we can work towards our GAINZ together.
"While whole body training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way," so while we track our physical gainz, we'll read two chapters of Romans each week. We can share our thoughts and questions in person and/or on a shared google doc as we walk, bike, hike, and run through Romans.
Kids are welcome to walk, run, bike, or hike with you!
