At Holy Spirit Night, we make space for three of the best ways to experience God: Worship, Prayer, and Community. We will have a time of extended worship music, a short talk, and an opportunity to pray, then go to a local restaurant. There will be no childcare, but children are welcome to come and sit with their family. We'd love to have you join us! 

Sunrise Service at 6:30a – We will meet around the fire pit in the back yard of the church. Come and celebrate the resurrection with us as the sun rises. 

Easter Donut Breakfast – 7:15a – join us for homemade donuts after the Sunrise Service  

Easter Services at 8:45 and 10:30a.  

Stations of the Cross is an interactive experience with 14 “stations” that people move through at their own pace. Each station connects with Jesus’ journey to the cross on that first Good Friday. Registration is required for this event. Sign up for a time slot below.

If you are looking for a church home and ways that might help you connect, our membership classes offer the opportunity to get to know more about River Heights Vineyard, meet some of our staff members, and connect with other attenders at RHV. Our Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, March 3 This will be a great time of looking at where God led us in 2023 and looking ahead to the great things happening in 2024. During the meeting, we will also have a new council member to affirm, requiring a membership vote and a quorum. Childcare will be provided for children grades 5 and under. RSVP information will be sent out in February.

RHV Men! Please join in on the first Saturday of each month for our men’s breakfast. There is great food, a short testimony and devotion, and time to pray for each other. Breakfast takes place at Pastor Pete’s house (9019 Coffman Circle, Inver Grove Heights). Bring a friend along.

Alpha is for anyone. Some join because they want to move beyond religion and find a relationship with God. Others come for the long-lasting friendships built during an Alpha course. Some have never been to church, others may have attended church occasionally or regularly but feel they’ve never understood the basics of Christian faith, or simply long to articulate why they believe what they believe. Others are new to following Jesus and are looking to establish a firm foundation for growth. Everyone is welcome!

We are so excited for what God will do among us at our upcoming Miracle Work conference! Toward that end, we are inviting our whole community to a day of fasting, ending with Holy Spirit Night.

On Jan. 26, we'll start fasting at 7am, praying throughout the day for God's presence and work in our conference.

We'll have Holy Spirit Night at 7pm, and afterward break our fast at BLVD or Applebee's

Healing and miracles followed Jesus everywhere he went, and he seemed to expect the same of his followers. We know don't always get to see healing and miracles, but would you like to see more healing and miraculous stuff in your life? Come to our Miracle Work Class to explore how we better position ourselves to have the Holy Spirit move through us powerfully. Join us on Saturday morning, January 13 from 9-12:30 for great discussion and helpful practices based on Jordan Seng's book Miracle Work. Jordan Seng will be coming here for a conference on February 2-3, 2024. This low-cost class will provide background so you're ready for that conference, and you can get a copy of his book too. Start your new year off with the men of RHV at the monthly men’s breakfast. On the 1st Saturday of each month the men of RHV gather at Pastor Pete’s home (9019 Coffman Circle, IGH) at 9a for breakfast, a short devotion and testimony, and prayer for each other. Join in and bring a friend along.

We don’t want anyone to be alone on Christmas. If you need a place to go for a Christmas meal, we invite you to come and join us at 12:00p to enjoy lunch together. Hey RHV ladies...we are having a Christmas Party on December 15. We will celebrate the season with fun and fellowship. We will have a fun game where everyone will leave with a gift, we’ll sing some carols “creatively,” and eat some awesome treats. Everyone is invited to bring their favorite Christmas treat, appetizer, or other delectable. Mark your calendars and come celebrate with us.

Jingle Jam is a fun event where a family can enjoy time together being silly, playing games, and celebrating the Christmas season together. Pete is going to make us dinner. Kids of all ages are welcome to attend with you. Childcare will be available if your 0-4 year old would enjoy moving around a bit more than live, interactive theatre allows. You are invited to our Trunk or Treat event happening on Tuesday, October 31 from 5-6:30p in our church parking lot! This is a fun environment for kids to dress up in costumes and collect candy and  prizes. There will be yard games and a fire pit with hot dogs!

You can also help by signing up to volunteer at this event below. We are also looking for donations of candy (peanut free), prizes, small toys and stickers for prizes, and monetary donations to help buy décor and pumpkins.

You can also help by handing out candy at your decorated trunk or by donating your trunk for the Youth Group to decorate.

Pastor Justin Law will be leaving RHV to become the lead pastor at South Metro Vineyard in Burnsville. His last day with us will be on Sunday, October 29. We will be having ONE SERVICE only that day at 10:30a. After the service we’ll have a potluck lunch together.

RHV will provide smoked pork sandwiches, and you are asked to bring a side dish or dessert to share.

On October 20, we invite you to join us for a night of worship together with our area Vineyard family, here at RHV! The heart of this event is to come together to connect with other Vineyard Churches in our area, worship together, and pray with and for each other. This will be a bilingual event with worship from worship leaders at River Heights and other churches. We look forward to gathering and worshiping with you on this special night—Please plan to come!
