The church body is meant to care for each other, but what does this look like when we all have trauma to deal with? This workshop is for anyone who has struggled with hard times or wants to be better equipped to respond in love to those around you. We will cover common signs and symptoms of trauma, how trauma impacts our brain and body, typical patterns of response and ways they can become problematic, and ways to take care of yourself and others.
