The RHV Church Council is a diverse team of leaders who are nominated by the current council and confirmed through election by all members. They generally serve three-year terms. The council's primary functions are to hold the lead pastor accountable to the purpose of the church and to support the lead pastor and staff in their service. Council elections are held at our annual meeting.

Council meetings are held quarterly, at least 15 hours of time during a year.
