The Pastoral Internship/Residency Cohort is designed to equip Jesus followers to serve God vocationally for the long haul. The primary target is people who believe they would be doing 10 or more hours of ministry per week, paid or unpaid, for the rest of their lives. PIRC meet bi-weekly for four hours to plan leadership projects; check in and pray for one another; read and discuss books; grow through spiritual formation; and take on other responsibilities such as serving, discipling others, and doing community outreach. Everyone is invited to come to the PIRC interest meetings during the summer!
