Life group leaders are our first line of pastoral care. Life group leaders have more contact, closer relationship, and deeper knowledge about members of their group than other leaders. Training is provided for leaders, and there is ongoing support each semester.

Life groups meet weekly for 9-12 weeks at a time/place determined by the leaders. There may be some prep during the week. Life Group Leaders are also invited to Leader Care (which is held quarterly). Leader Care is an event designed to inform, train, and care for our leaders.
